10 “Happy” Affirmations

Globally we are living with and will get through COVID, a historically truly difficult time for everyone. There isn’t a person out there that hasn’t been affected in some way. This is hard, social distancing is hard… it goes against our human nature as social creatures. It’s brought financial, physical, and mental consequences to many of us.

If there is one thing that it has taught us or made more visible is that we choose our own happiness. Every day we can make a conscious decision to be happy. Here are some “happy” affirmations to share. Pick one that feels right to you and repeat it for 3 minutes every morning and every evening. Say the affirmation out loud, emphasizing the words. Say it as if you mean it. Write it down and pin it somewhere you’ll see it every day.

I shine with happiness

I choose happiness

I enjoy every moment of my life

I deserve to be happy

Every day is a joyful experience

Every day my world is  a happier place

I radiate joy
